Overview
The Associate Executive supports the day‑to‑day operations of Medical Affairs, particularly the Clinical Governance team. The role focuses on coordinating clinician privileging, supporting governance processes including the Medical Board, maintaining documents, and managing basic budget and team administrative activities.
This role ensures that key clinical governance processes run smoothly, information is kept up to date, and meetings, submissions, and records are well organised and completed on time.
Responsibilities
- Clinician Privileging & Governance Documentation Support
Coordinates submissions and approvals while maintaining accurate records. Ensures documentation is current through effective version control and timely updates.
- Level of Medical Capability (LMC) Support
Support LMC submissions and approvals by coordinating inputs, tracking timelines, and maintaining clear records of decisions and effective dates. Facilitates accurate and timely communication with internal stakeholders and MOH to support regulatory compliance.
- Medical Board and Support for meeting coordination
Provides end‑to‑end administrative and logistical support for Medical Board and sub‑committee meetings to ensure smooth governance operations.
- Department Support
Supports department operations through basic budget administration and training support. Maintains the team intranet and provides administrative coordination for staff orientation, engagement activities.
Manage Director’s and Head of Department’s schedules.
Assist Director’s and Head of Department’s assigned administrative and coordination matters.
