Full job description

Seeking experienced nurses/ clinical research personnel who are keen to explore a Medical Affairs Executive role to join our esteemed client within the public healthcare industry.

  • 5 days office hours

  • Healthcare/ Clinical/ Nursing background is preferred

  • Annual AWS + Performance Bonus (3-4 months)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the incident reporting system and database.

  • Compile and follow up on clinical audit reports, ensuring timely actions on recommendations.

  • Support committee activities while identifying process improvement opportunities.

  • Assist in the preparation for licensing and accreditation audits.

  • Gather and compile data for clinical quality initiatives, focusing on process indicators.

  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the reporting officer or institution.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum Degree.

  • A degree in Sciences, Nursing, or Healthcare Management is preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare services.

  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.

  • Able to work in a team and independently.
